Seller tried his best, however does not know how to package DJ Mixers properly. Sent picture links showing damage to the faceplate specifically the corners of faceplate bent up, and damage to body of the mixer as well. Please reach out we will make it right. I offered you a full refund after return. Also your request for a refund, more than 60% is extortion. its obvious that your actions were dishonest.
