However when I installed the Dell Adapter and 1TB M.2 2280 SSD in my Dell Inspiron 7820 neither the Adapter or SSD showed up in the system. I have since ordered a Third Party M.2 2280 NVME SSD to PCIe adapter and both the adapter and M.2 2280 SSD appeared immediately. I have since installed Windows 11 Pro on the Drive using the Third Party adapter with no issues. I guess the used Dell SSD adapter was DOA?
