In my case I feel I got a really good deal, the screen appears to be original (or an indistinguishable replacement), everything works, and the phone is factory unlocked as described. The back glass appears to be a low-quality replacement (lighter color, shiny parts are dull gray), but that doesn't bother me at all. Also, the ebay shipping estimate increased by a month immediately after I ordered, but that ended up being a glitch, it arrived on time
