They wrapped a vintage computer that easily weighs 20 lbs in a SINGLE layer of bubble wrap and shipped it. Needless to say, it arrives VERY broken and utterly useless. I tried SEVERAL times to get at least the shipping cost refunded and the stubborn seller wouldn't even do that much.
