I ordered “IPX6 Waterproof Bluetooth 5.3 Bone Conduction Hearing Aid Headphones for Elderly” but received “Bone Conduction Earphones Model: sanag B21S.” For the money I paid, I got some cheap headphones. I contacted the seller and they only replied once; they no longer respond to messages.

Since the item is notorious for counterfeits, I asked Seller to confirm it was genuine. No response for more than 72 hours. Asked for a return. Got nasty response. Offered to video-compare their e945 to a genuine one sourced locally. Sent me return label, but 5mn later, claimed item dropped already... Again no response for 2 days! Horrible
