I contacted the seller and asked if there was a missing part, on the hair, of Crystal, because I noticed a hole on top of the head. Item was shipped out, already, but still no responds, from seller. I was hoping that maybe the part came off and was in the box :( no it was not). Wrote again and still no answer, back. I have bought another item from this seller, and it was fine. Disappointed with this item.
