I had to go through the hassle of returning the item, having to wait for the product to make it back to them and then hope to get my money back. Because of their mistake I was without the product I promptly paid when I committed to buy and without my money until I went through the hassle of returning the wrong item back to them.

No circuit breaker and no label warning of risk of electrocution as required by US law. I trusted this seller. This item was sold brand new and factory sealed, sourced through liquidation from an authorized U.S. retailer. After receiving it, the buyer registered the serial number with Dyson and attempted to claim the warranty. Only after doing so did they request a return.I cannot control how a manufacturer responds to a claim once the product has been opened and registered, but I can confirm that the unit was sealed and unused at the time of shipment
