Took ages for the manufacturer to get to send a firmware that was supposed to solve the issue, took a ton of time to figure out how to apply the patch as the flash software that came with the firmware turned out it wasnt compatible with the firmware..., and finally when the firmware was applied to the enclosure, it changed nothing. Tried it with Windows but it doesnt get recognised too. Complete garbage of a product and service.
