  This seller is the absolute most understanding. My package got lost in the mail on a different order and was sent back to them the first time. They immediately contacted me and popped it back into the mail to me so that I would get it.   My items finally arrived (at NO fault of the seller, it was 100% USPS). As described, shipped promptly, well-secured in the envelope.
