I think the salesman is a kid behind a desk trying to be an entrepreneur. Because of its cancellation I was attracted to many problems.

I can place an order there and have it the next day and in some cases the same day. Ebay vendors should work on getting packages quicker and should also choose faster shipping options. I understand profit margins are often tight however business won't increase when customers are waiting 10 days plus for their items.
