I also left a note saying explaining my situation that I need before certain time. The seller ignored me. I received these baloon strings on 1st September where at that point I didn’t even need them. Sellers not helpful at all. I would VOID this seller. Wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from here. Seller will ignore what you say to them and talk what he wants. PLEASE AVOID THE HASSLE
