Item was priced $5.72 plus shipping cost of $17.41. 4. Item packed in small padded envelope 6.75”x 8.50” its weight 0.08 oz. No way close to $17.41 ship cost. 4. ebay would only refund the $5.72 product cost and not he $17.41 shipping. Asked seller for full refund said I contact ebay. Its just a bait some sellers use to avoid returns plain & simple.
