As soon as they received my item the refund was issued straight away. Excellent customer service. I let him know that I knew some collectors who'd want to buy any others of this Sugar skull example and asked how many he had. His response was not what I could call friendly and he didn't seem at all interested in communicating or in me sending him some customers, so I didn't bother in the end.
