As we mentioned its due to family member demise and we couldn't process any of the orders for 2 weeks and commenced processing on 22nd onwards. Leaving a negative comment will surely not resolve your issue and we were unable to further assist as you decline, Thanks again for the feedback but we will strive hard to maintain our service levels.

We have returning customers who buy from us for many years but never had any issue, unfortunately you had a bad experience which is inevitable. Thanks for the feedback but will try to improve our deliveries within timelines.
