They expect the buyer to pay shipping and return shipping for their mistake for get a refund. If you buy from this seller I guess you need to be a mind reader. Also it was poorly packed, too big for the box it came in a just taped close with lots of ebay tape. We would have been happy to answer any questions about the item at the time of the purchase. Nevertheless, we were willing to make things right by accepting the return. Buyer opted not to follow through with returning the item.
