Tracking link did not work so until the item arrived at my door, 2 days after the latest ETA, I had no idea if it was even in the mail. They did ship it the day after I bought it, but I had no way of knowing that because they ghosted me. Maybe I’m being unreasonable and they get hundreds of messages a day but I’m pretty upset that after 2 messages and 1 official request I got no response on where my package was.
