I reached out to vendor and they asked me to change the status of the order and they would send another one ASAP. It's been weeks and still nothing. Since I now can't change the status to "never received" I doubt I'll get a refund for this order. I understand sometimes things happen but the communication has been terrible and feels a lot like fraud.
