Price was good, but shipping could have been better. Not going to complain because they still work, and that is what counts, will just swap them into a new case. Overall was a pretty good deal. Thanks.

My last message to you 5 days ago was: "I apologize if I was unclear. If it does not work correctly I will issue a label for a free return and you will get a full refund. It won't cost you any more and you can save and re-use the batteries and card for the replacement when you order a different one." You neglected to open a return or send it back for a refund. I offered a free return, that offer is still open.
