The after sales was fantastic - unfortunately I was sent the wrong charger. I sent a message to Bluecybercow with a photo. With no hesitation they responded immediately and I was given a apology was given a mutual agreed partial refund to obtain the correct charger. Definitely would buy again. Thank you
