I REPECTFULLY ASKED HIM IF I COULD RETURN IT IN PRISTINE CONDITION AS IT WAS NEVER EVEN OPENED. HIS RESPONSE WAS 'IT NOT MY FAULT IT YOU MADE A MISTAKE!" CERTAINLY NOT AN EBAY EXPERIENCE I HAVE COME TO KNOW.
