The seller overcompensated the lack of a proper box by tightly wrapping the figurine in bubble wrap causing the delicate flower in the bouquet to break off. I knew as soon as I took the figurine out of its original box it was damaged because I heard the rattle of the broken piece. In fact, I asked for photos and information in order to file a claim that I never received. Furthermore, I have 100% raving reviews on all my packaging, especially the Lladro statues, so I disputed poor packaging on my part. It may be, perhaps, an issue in which the buyer simply didn't take care in opening the package. This is why I requested photos. If damaged during shipping, cooperation in filing a claim is the remedy.
