I even sent additional cord to replace one was missing. This was from an estate auction and was told I could sell the product by auctioneer. I was unaware of this at all but the buyer didn’t reach out to me at all to try to resolve any issue just came to give a negative feedback. If buyer would have politely informed me this then I would have very much worked with resolving any issue as I am very easy to work with!
