You will not be able to samsung pay or any other bank app. I returned in prefect unused condition. Seller will only issue PARTIAL refund, if any at all, saing "ebay says it is ok". Seller will troll you with endless messages about "sending pictures" when they know exactly what they are selling. Beware of any chinese seller shipping out of "walnut CA". They are all one group. Good luck.
