We had to try and change all the setting and do multiple resets before it was able to even be set in english. The aftermarket cord and charger looked very well used and dirty. I wasnt happy with having to wait 24 hrs for a reply every time we had questions.

Shipping was fast. Would have preferred the box it came in, And I did notice a factory reset on it. So I wouldn't exactly call it an open box. But no complaints. Everything is good with this order !!
