We deducted 15% from the refund as per ebay rules as you had damaged the radio and we are not sure if the radio you sent us was suppled by us as our programming was missing from it too. It looks like you scammed us and we reported you to ebay so this explains your negative feedback We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service & after sales.
