Simple misunderstanding, but it didn't arrive until after what I needed it for. Seller refunded the full purchase and still sent the card out. I have been buying for years, and never had a seller do something so kind. I will 100% be purchasing from the vendor again in the future just for that gesture. A+ service & communication. Highly recommend!!

Lots of people send extra useless cards just to get rid of but this organization send cards that have meaning to me. They took the time and effort to get to know there customer.
