Note that after replacing the ink overflow tray you will have to reset some counters in the software via your printer front panel to tell the printer it can make a fresh restart. It solved the problem. You need a bit of confidence around machines though. Good luck. This has given my printer a second chance at life. Thank you

Communications throughout, delivery good as direct from Germany. Clearly the rollers are new and hopefully my problem is solved. Postage cost was on the high side, but the overall price still competitive. I can therefore recommend this seller
