I’m not sure the product is new, and the individual pieces were not wrapped as they normally would be if new. I also didn’t realise this was shipping from Asia, and wanted to cancel but never heard back from the vendor. Shipping and taxes ended up being $70. It would have been cheaper and easier if I purchased from Dyson directly.
