I'm not sure seller understood my communication when I contacted them to ask them to chase delivery company as despite them saying parcels delivered to out building, they hadn't been !! Despite full search no parcels. Seller just replied saying tracking showed delivery. Parcels were eventually found abandoned in a field, not my field, by an open hole in wall.
