Rather than returning it, I ordered two additional jackets at a discount with custom measurements. Customer service was excellent and they sent pictures via eBay’s messaging system to confirm the jacket measurements were what I wanted. The two custom jackets fit perfect, look great, are exactly what I asked for and I’m very happy with them.

The carrier got it from India to the U.S. within two days, but then apparently lost it (reputable carrier, was shipped priority, stuff happens). As soon as I notified the seller that the package had gone missing I was immediately given a full refund. Communication with this seller is excellent and I have reordered the jacket.
