Through neither party's fault, this 1944 Australia censored Commercial Cover to USA was unavailable, and by mutual agreement, a quick refund was given to me. Because of the excellent purchasing experience, I thoroughly recommend this seller.

I did Buy It Now, but the shipping showed up as $2.50. This is a known Buy It Now problem. Multiple sellers fix the issue by immediately issuing a refund for the shipping plus tax. I purchased 3 lots with the same thing & they were shipped together. I contacted the seller 3 times over 12 days & had no response. TERRIBLE SELLER. DO NOT USE!
