I advised the seller and had a tracking number on the new parts within 10 minutes. Also had a leveling issue; the seller worked with me to fix it and eventually replaced the base unit. When this seller says you have a warranty, they mean it! I will gladly buy again, knowing they stand behind their product!

However they put alot of padding inside which helped alot since amazon boxes aren't very durable. Items arrived as described. Wasn't too much of a hassle fixing up a resin printer. I haven't had a chance to actually run it as I'm waiting on a FEP sheet to come. Over all expect it to be covered in alot of resin. You will need to do alot of cleaning, but can save a few bucks going this route.
