When the expected delivery failed to materialize within a month I made an inquiry and the seller explained that it was shipped but held up or even lost somewhere. They offered me a choice of a refund or re sending a new replacement. I decided to wait for a replacement. Item showed up today...after two months. Seller was a good communicator. Item was well packaged and exactly as advertised.

I contacted the seller with a picture of the missing part. Seller replied that he had contacted the manufacturer and was told a replacement would be sent directly from them. The replacement part was delivered a reasonable time later. I commend this vendor (Scale Model Kits) and the manufacturer (Metallic Details) for excellent customer service. A+++++
