The appearance - Would have got a 4 star if anything was off but the only issue was cosmetic. I didn't expect perfect but this was a bit rougher. It appears like it came from a shared desk corporate setting where people had it at their feet. Paint chips and wear marks. Even if I had a close up of the scratches I would have bought it knowing it works. I just might paint it LOL.
