They sent them to the wrong state, which means they didn't use ebay shipping our they couldn't have made that mistake. They made it sound like it was my fault and it was at the post office because it was undeliverable. There are several cities named Davenport. They sent it to Iowa instead of Washington. Like I said if they used ebay shipping they couldn't have made that mistake. Buyer was provided tracking and they could have notified me EARLIER of the error, but they did not. Auto Complete failed to provide the two options for States, and my mistake in not noticing it at the time. We do NOT use Ebay shipping, nor do we use Ebay Labels for several reasons and again my choice, just like other Sellers use GSP which is HORRIBLE.
