I'm pleased with the appearance and condition of the new buds as they are almost like fresh out of the box. The quality is also very good too, especially after updating software so that both buds pair on the same case! I would certainly recommend this seller 🙌

For other buyers, you have to hold down the bottom button of the case for 3-7 seconds to reset. Then wait a while for the phone to try to connect. Make sure you're in the Wear app, it'll tell you one of the firmware is out of date. After the update, both earbuds should be synced together and work correctly.

Upon receiving it in perfect condition and even being able to successfully perform a software update, I couldn't be more pleased. Our mail courier had mishandled the delivery and the tech1store wrote back-and-forth to me as soon as I wrote to them. They were patient and incredibly kind about a mistake that they had nothing to do with. They tracked my package all the way to the mail carrier who completely misplaced it.
