    Order was placed Aug 14, shipped the same day, and delivered Sep 1 - within eBay’s estimated window of Aug 28-Sep 8. Tracking shows the item was in the buyer’s country by Aug 25, with the remaining time spent in local facilities. Despite this, the buyer left misleading feedback and sent rude messages. Postage rates, routing, and couriers are managed by eBay’s International Shipping Program.
