It was shipped very fast and even shipping to thailand, was no problem. The VAT was refunded fast. During the setup of the switch i had many questions. I've received the rack ears, even through the description said they weren't included (really thanks for that). And I've also got them shipped with a card with 8 extra ethernet ports.
