It was then wrapped in plastic glad wrap. In addition the phone case does not appear to be for the 16e. Rather I suspect it was the 16 and placed in the wrong box. I requested a return which was denied metioning the seller does not take returns. I can certainly understand this if the item is correct and as advertized. In this case it was not.
