The listing clearly stated that the item was salvage and hence the low price offered for such. We are liquidators and unfortunately die to the sheer volume of merchandise coming and going on a daily basis we are unable to open each item for inspection. We never received any correspondence from you other than this negative rating to attempt to appease you. Going forward we will do a better job in listing our items to point out any flaws that an item may have
