Informed seller with pictures immediately and they did send label for return and I eventually received a refund weeks later. When you shop anywhere the shopkeeper has every right to verify the item(s) being returned prior to a refund being issued. Also gave a fictious story as a refund did NOT take "weeks" as she had mentioned. She's the one who took longer than expected to return our item. BTAC-0
