He/She quickly got defensive and started unprofessional behavior of this is a used device you should buy new if you expect mint condition, Thermal pads and paste doesn’t do sh*t with heat management and more. Plus for a $85 item a $15 shipping being charged to the customer is nonsense. Also, most items bought online require a shipping fee, these items are no exception. There are listings that say "Free Shipping" and maybe one of those items would have suited you better as well.
