Tracking shows the Philadelphia P.O. had it for 5 days for some Unknown Reason. The package left the Philadelphia post office on 9/10 and is now showing it arriving late. After I drop the package off at my local post office I have No Control of When it is Delivered. YOUR ALL CAPS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SHOULD BE SENT TO PHILADELPHIA P.O. NOT ME!! TY FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER!!!!
