Refunded me $6.17. . You don't get a refund, no matter how much you overpay. Shipping prices are part of an items value. I only charge an additional $2 per item, refunding the rest to the buyer, as a COURTESY. I owe you nothing. I only do it as a "thank you" for people that buy more than one item, so they get an additional $5 or so off. As for combining... that is exactly what I did, which is why you received the item in one package.
