- a***d (3)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 年購買已獲認證Both S-pens arrived in quality condition. They weren't wrapped or bundled to prevent damages, only placed loosely inside shipping package. But arrived undamaged nonetheless. Would recommend seller if items shipped henceforth are properly protected in shipping package. Shipping time was not ideal; almost 2 weeks before delivery. All things considered I am happy with this purchase.

If it had broken during shipping, I would not post negative feedback, but this stylus had dried adhesive, which appeared to be superglue, around the edges of the fracture, indicating an attempt to glue the broken stylus back together had been made prior to shipping. This was not in the description.

THIS WAS NOT LISTED as one of the things not included. So, naturally I want to return this. The seller gives me a label for USPS to send back (witch will take another 6 plus days) to get back to them and another day or 2 for my refund! This seller is not good in my opinion!

I was also delighted to learn that its AllState 1 year warranty was immediately activated upon purchase. The vendor also provided stellar customer service and I will buy from them again. I don't think the box is came in was original manufacturer (it was just a plain white box), but it was packaged well. The phone fit snuggly in the box and the USB-C cord was still in it's original packaging. Just had to pop in the SIM card, sync the previous phone and it was good to go. So far (one week later) no issues at all.
