The reason they stated was that shipping the item would cost them more than they had charged in the listing. They said they would issue a refund, which I then had to contact them multiple times to be initiated and receive. Seller was not kind to deal with during this communication. I reposted and it took 24hr to update back to my store promotion, he also made an offer and I would have accepted if he re initiated offer.
