In regards to the seller, they were packaged well and were definitely professionally cleaned, the price for the buds was really good considering new looking and feeling appearance. The build quality was very nice and sturdy, and they honestly look like they were never worn, thanks!

Was missing medium eartips, but got a partial refund so all is good. Not sure about value, these are kinda expensive. Wish they were more customizable in what the various tips do. App is terrible. Good vendor.

The others did not. So you’re not guaranteed OEM ear tips. So far so good with Sonys killer sound but only time will tell if these have the same batter issues as the xm4s. Had to send in both pairs of xm4s to allstate in about a year an they refunded me because the batteries were cooked and not fixable. Hope these last longer

Fortunately, the item itself was in perfect shape, as described, and works great--would buy again! Great value for the item.

Advertised as reconditioned, but it looked brand new, even the charging cable was in a plastic bag. Shipped super fast, and arrived before estimated date.
