Item shipped but either seller didn’t send FedEx all paperwork or something because once the package finally reached the US FedEx held it in clearance delay/import customs. I personally had to send paperwork in and eventually they released my package. Again, the buyer did NOT reach out to us. We contacted FedEx there's no problem with the package, If there's any issue with the shipment our Customer Service agent can contact FedEx and sort out any possible issues. We tried to reach out to the buyer, he then did not reply and just left us an unethical negative feedback. SELLERS BEWARE!!!!!!
- t***t (5)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 個月購買已獲認證I purchased this part, and changed my mind and paid to have it shipped back to them, the item was sent back to me from FedEx as unable to deliver, i contacted them and they said i shipped to wrong address i sent a pic of the address they sent me and the address was correct. I have tried for almost a week now to get this matter resolved and i am still getting the run around from them, i am contacting my bank tomorrow to see if i can put a stop payment on this purchase, buyer beware!!wj_mart 的回覆- 賣家 wj_mart 回應的信用評價- 賣家 wj_mart 回應的信用評價Buyer started a return case using our return label without contacting us however buyer did not send it back to our designated California warehouse, buyer put send to address as his own, to return it back to himself, still demanding full refund while keeping the item. Our CS team made every effort to assist the buyer including offering new return label to return the item for full refund. Unfortunately, buyer ceased all communication, left negative feedback and closed their own account. Beware!!!!
