I noticed that the CD jewel case had a deep scratch on it in one of three photos the seller supplied when advertising the "very good" item, which among other critieria, cannot have such a scratch to classify as "very good" and the seller replaced the scratched jewel case with a new one. Seller also wroe "DO NOT CRUSH" in large black thick ink on the package, per my request. I am very happy with my purchase.
