The same day I sent the message to the seller with the pictures. The seller refused to acknowledge that the item is defective. I sent another message to the seller and received no response. I cannot use the item as the chain is defective. The chain cannot be connected. Her claim that we sent her a dirty, old, broken chain with no packaging is absurd (and a lie).
